| April 3rd. | Terry Clarke | From station approach we walk up Jacksons Edge road then head for Widowhurst and canal towpath. We descend down steep steps to Strines and walk to Roman Lakes via Windy Bottom Farm, then Bottoms Hall. We walk past The Banks and cross New Mills Golf Club then to New Mills.
